The Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation was established in 1991 to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas.  The EEA Companies Team at Stonebrook in Greensboro, NC, proudly supports the mission of giving every child a Christmas toy.

We are dedicated to improving the lives of others and giving back to the communities we serve. Every individual and company has a role to play in building a better world. That’s why we partner with organizations like the Red Cross to provide vital resources and volunteers to help those in need. 

Playa Cativo, located in Golfo Dulce, Costa Rica, is one of eight internationally accredited Whale Heritage Sites. This designation is given to destinations worldwide where coastal communities work together to protect, respect, and celebrate cetaceans and their habitats.

The EEA Companies team understands how important it is to support those facing food insecurities. Our food drives held at our Commercial real estate properties allow us to work with our tenants to bring awareness to the local community. Just this past Thanksgiving, we collected over 250 pounds of food delivered to those in need. 

Goodstone Inn & Restaurant is located on the banks of the Goose Creek River. The Goose Creek Association is dedicated to protecting and preserving the environment and quality of life in the Goose Creek Watershed in Fauquier and Loudoun Counties, VA. Tree plantings help strengthen the watershed area around Goose Creek.

The Alexandria Beautification Commission (ABC) was established by the City to advise City Council and citizens on all matters related to City beautification.The Commission defines “beautification” as improvements to a community including landscaping, architecture, and sustainable environmental practices that create a healthier community and higher quality of life for its residents.
