Hana Betts Otto serves as EEA Companies’ Director of Strategic Partnerships, where she focuses on driving growth and innovation within the hospitality division. With a dynamic background spanning talent representation at WME, film finance, sales, and producing, Hana brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to her role. Most recently, she led strategic partnerships for a New York City-based non-profit, further honing her ability to build and nurture impactful alliances that align with EEA’s vision for business development.

Hana holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History and Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University. Her diverse experience and strategic mindset make her an invaluable asset to EEA Companies as she continues to foster synergetic partnerships that drive success across the organization.
