Senior Associate
James Betts serves as a Senior Associate at EEA Companies, where he oversees the management of the firm’s multi-family and office properties. In addition to his operational responsibilities, James plays a key role in identifying and evaluating strategic acquisitions to expand EEA’s portfolio.

Before joining EEA, James gained valuable experience in portfolio management at Oxford Finance, a private credit firm, and in multi-family capital markets at Newmark, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm. His diverse background equips him with a strong foundation in real estate finance and strategic investment.

James earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University and is currently completing a Master’s in Real Estate Development at Columbia University. His expertise and forward-thinking approach make him a vital contributor to EEA’s continued growth and success.
