Jeff Lamb
Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management
Jeff Lamb is the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at EEA Companies, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities, as well as overseeing asset-level operations and performance across the firm’s real estate portfolio.
Jeff has more than 15 years of experience across public and private real estate markets, with a background spanning acquisitions, asset management, and institutional investment strategy. Prior to joining EEA, he served as a Vice President at Seven Post Investment Office, a multi-family investment office managing over $8 billion of discretionary capital on behalf of ultra-high-net-worth families, endowments, and foundations. In that role, Jeff was a member of the Investment Committee and contributed to portfolio construction, manager selection, and the evaluation and execution of public and private real estate investments.
Earlier in his career, Jeffrey held investment roles at Maximus Real Estate Partners, M West Properties (DivcoWest / TPG Capital partnership), and The Carlyle Group, gaining experience across a range of property types, investment strategies, and market cycles.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
