Kristin Clodfelter is an accomplished Corporate Controller with over 25 years of accounting experience, including a decade specializing in real estate and hospitality finance. At EEA Companies, she brings extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls, and system integration to support the organization’s diverse portfolio.

Throughout her career, Kristin has led accounting operations for multifamily, commercial, and self-storage portfolios, successfully managing ERP implementations, system optimizations, and cross-functional process improvements.
