Michelle Bondurant is a seasoned finance executive and Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial operations, audit management, and strategic planning. Her expertise spans industries like real estate, hospitality, construction, software, and professional services.

As Chief Financial Officer at EEA Companies, Michelle leads financial strategy for over a dozen operating entities. Her leadership extends to finance, accounting, payroll, HR, marketing, and IT, where she has built high-performing teams. By implementing strong policies, internal controls, and process automation, she has significantly improved efficiency.

At EEA, Michelle has spearheaded key initiatives such as designing an internal software platform for accounts payable and utility management, streamlining multi-state payroll, and negotiating complex insurance contracts. Her strategic mindset and operational expertise have strengthened the company's performance and prepared it for sustainable growth. She is known for building frameworks that support growth and accountability.

Before joining EEA, Michelle spent nearly nine years at MPC CPA (formerly McMillan Pate & Company LLP), where she became a Senior Audit Manager. She managed complex audits for multi-entity clients with revenues over $100 million, specializing in GAAP compliance, process improvement, and financial statement preparation. She excelled at bridging technical accounting with executive-level communication.

Michelle began her career at Adams, Martin & Associates PA, gaining experience in tax preparation, bankruptcy accounting, and financial forensics. It was there she developed her passion for helping organizations navigate complex financial challenges with clarity and integrity.
